A snapshot of where I've been and what I've done.

I've had quite a bit of experience working with several different types of clients, customers, and project types.  My portfolio represents some, but not all, of the projects I've been involved in. 

Most of the projects in this portfolio use the structures provided by the Content Management System I developed while at a marketing agency.  I was the lead (and, typically, sole) developer on all of the projects listed below, except where noted.

I was responsible for all of the O-O PHP development, CSS, and xHTML on this site.

This site was the first implementation of an O-O FAQ System I developed.

My Role:

As the sole PHP developer on this project, this project primarily involved CMS implementation and system development. I handled CSS development on the systems that I implemented. 

I implemented the Client Portal using a Secure Login system that I had previously developed.  The login system features AES-256 encryption.

YMCA of Central Waukesha County

The YMCA's site involved PHP development, but the CSS work was the primary challenge of this site.

One of the requirements of this site was to hold to the YMCA's strict branding standards.  This YMCA wanted different pages to use different color palettes that are within their branding standards.  

I developed and implemented a CSS plan that used a "window" technique to achieve a polished look without resorting to separate graphics for each template.  Through the use of PNG graphics, I used the PNG's powerful transparency attributes to let colors show through certain areas of the graphics while still maintaining gradients and shadows.
